CompanyOS gives every AI client the same company files, scoped to who is asking. A Workspace holds the Company Files and Personal Files you choose to share, plus read-only provider content from Integrations.
What you need
- A Workspace. A Workspace can represent a company, a department, a family, or any group.
- Members of the Workspace. Owners manage Workspace-wide settings and published content; every Member can access the knowledge that is visible to them.
- One or more AI Clients, such as Claude or ChatGPT, connected through an MCP Connection.
Your first steps
- Create a Workspace.
- Add Company Files that everyone in the Workspace should be able to ask about.
- Invite Members so they can add their own Personal Files and connect their AI Clients.
- Connect an MCP Connection from a supported AI Client.
- Ask a question about your Workspace knowledge.
Company Files are visible to every Member. Personal Files are visible only to the Member who added them. AI Clients can search and read visible knowledge; they cannot rewrite your source files.
